At Pocket Bunny, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at samuraifitness.2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different color or variant, subject to availability. Please contact us before shipping anything back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or opened items (except for defective product claims)
